Hi, I’m Amy
 

I’m a paediatric nurse and mum to two wonderful boys. Supporting babies and families has always been at the heart of both my professional and personal life.
 

Through my work and my own experience as a parent, I’ve seen how important the early months are for both a baby’s development and a parent’s confidence. Those simple moments of touch, movement and connection can be incredibly powerful.

I am fully trained in baby massage and baby yoga and accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, so you can feel confident that my classes are delivered to a high professional standard.
 

I created these classes to provide a calm and welcoming space where you can slow down, connect with your baby, and build confidence in understanding their cues. My sessions are gentle, baby-led and focused on supporting both you and your little one. 

In my classes you’ll find:

  • A relaxed, friendly and non-judgmental environment

  • Expert guidance grounded in both professional training and real-life motherhood

  • Techniques to support digestion, sleep, and development

  • Time to connect with other parents who are on the same journey
